Those are nice icons, I downloaded the iPod set, I don’t see a license for them. Are they truly free even for commercial use?

Be sure to check the licensing agreement, these icons are for use in ASP only. They can’t be used in ColdFusion, PHP and other platforms. Not only that they can only be used for Web projects so you can’t use them on a C# desktop application either.
